RJ45 1X4 Way Connector | 17 February, 2015

We are running Double sided PCB with SMD components at Bottom through Wave solder. So we are using selective carrier for PCBs with pouch just for this RJ45 1X4 Connector. We run PCBs with "connector perpendicular to wave" _______ _______ ------> Travel Direction

And we are getting Solder short on every PCB and also additionally Dry joints (leads) on some. Played with Flux adjustments and also Parameter settings for wave, but still same. Suggest me if there is any solution for getting this connectors properly soldered with no issue.
