Load part on 0201 feeder

Install .4mm nozzles in machine

Load program and press start button.

Feeders, nozzles and machine must be within factory specifications.

Answering silly questions like "How do I place 0201 components with machine which can't handle smaller than 0402 components" just would encourage the noob to ask more silly questions.

CP643 does place 0201s. CP6 was limited to 0402. At the turn of the millenium most 0201's were being placed by Fuji's or Pana's.

Just found my notebook from the late 90's, 643 confirmed 0201 from the factory, 642 needed the upgraded camera from the 643.

CP643 does place 0201's.

Like I said everything has to be perfect or expect mediocre results at best.

When working with smaller parts Fuji CP machines are very picky about table level, part height, and mechanical pick and place parameters.
