DEK Proflow Head

Anyone with a lot of printing experience, especially in proflow process?

I am seeing a lot of voids in the bottom of the head after running. Will run with multiple good assemblies with paste volume being between 60% and 150%, out of no where we will begin to see less than 20% on some pads. We remove the head at this point and see multiple large void in the head.

Any advice here?
