Siemens SIPLACE HS-60 Errors

I'm new here on forum, and I have some questions.

Our HS-60 is not working, and we can't find why. Firstly, it's station computer's HDD broke, and we changed it to a new SSD, then installed Siplace WIN XP, then the latest software in order: 505.05 SP2 > 505.05 SP2 Hotfix3

After this, we were able to work with the machine until 1 week and the machine broke again. A small zener diode exploded on a Servo card, and we replaced it.

Next reboot, the MC system halted, because an SRBS error. We have asked a siplace technician, and he said, it's a common error, it should be the feeder trolleys. We checked them, unplugged them, etc, but there was no sign of defect.

After this we did a full reinstall, including the station computer again, and the MC. I have checked IP addresses on both computers, and did the MC-Distribution succesfully(Station computer copies the MA Data to MC). I used the last MA Data, from the broken HDD. After this we got the following errors. (See attachments). After a reboot, the machine was able to establish the connection between Station Computer - MC, and after that Station Computer - Siplace Pro Server. It was ready to do a reference run. But it wasn't able to do the reference run, because almost all servo cards went to red light, and it said, the axes are jamming. I did an emergency stop because it had bad smell (probably the servo motors). Then I did a reboot again, and the same errors before this try appeared.

My question, is it possible, that the MA Data are corrupted and can cause this problem?

One of the errors mentions this. We have some old MA Data saves, the original one from the Siemens, and one from 2012. It's a second hand machine, and I think it has a replaced heads and other new parts.
