Wire Wrapping Wire List question

Hi Folks, I have an odd one. I have some legacy hardware that was wire wrapped. There's a wire list in this configuration:

From -> Dress From -> Dress To -> To

"From" and "To" are pretty obvious but I have no idea what "Dress From" and "Dress To" mean. The wiring list is presented as a grid. Each of the categories above are represented as columns. Every row is a "run list." There is always a "From" and a "To" but not all rows have "Dress From" and / or "Dress To." I don't know if these are "additional wires" or if they're directions of dress from a starting or terminating pin. Any guidance is appreciated.
