ERSA IR 650

Hello guy's, I need a advise to desoldering smd filter with big soldering square from GOLD-ceramic surface with rework station ERSA IR650. TC-SENSOR not reading temperature ,because board work like radiator. IRS- SENSOR have a problem with gold surface and bad place of filter (on the edge of PCB). A picture is attached.
