Mydata error messages | 21 June, 2021

I just received the following messages while running our MY15: I-OSM-0: my15n150 kernel: lp: no devices found. I also received this one: I-OSM-0: my15n150 insmod: /lib/modules/2.2.20/misc/lp.o: init_module: Device or resource busy. And this one: I-OSM-0: my15n150 insmod: /lib/modules/2.2.20/misc/lp.o: insmod char-major-6 failed. What does that mean? I cant find references to it. I assume they must be related. Can someone help?

I have no idea what the messages mean specifically...but, it sounds like linux level errors, rather than TPSYS errors.

Start by getting to a dos prompt, and navigate to those directories cited and make sure things look ok (files are there, directories are there, etc).

Might end up needing to reinstall TPSYS, though :(

cheers, ..rob

Thanks Rob. I didn't know I can run DOS on a Linux Operating system.

Meh...it's a Linux command line....but commonly referred to as a dos prompt. When I started on MyDatas, no one really knew what Linux was....
