I have just received a used DEK 03i and I am having a problem that I don't know exactly how to troubleshoot.
The DEK will power up correctly and everything will initialize.
When I try to set up a new product I am at the step of loading a board to verify the fiducials. Everytime I do that the rising table moves to the board transfer height and I get the following error.
Controller Area Network (CAN) Node Error CAN Node Rising Table Motor
The only way to recover this is to power cycle the machine.
I am able to move the rising table in diagnostics mode to the board transfer height, and camera height, However when I move it to print height in diagnostics I get a [ SYSTEM ERROR ] and the DEK must be power cycled.
I am able to load a board and stencil in Diagnostics mode and verify the fiducials with out issue.
I looked at every single connector on this DEK to be sure there was nothing loose.
I pulled all the cards and re-seated them too.
No change.
One thing I was wanting to find is if there is a persistent error log somewhere. If I could determine if this error was happening before the DEK was shipped that might send me on a different trouble shooting path then if it's only started happening after shipping.
