Preventive Maintenance Software

I am looking for some PM software to use throughout my Electronics factory. Currently, we have a manual system consisting of check-off sheets, log-books, etc. Ideally I would like a system that would throw-up a flag (perhaps by e-mail) when PM is due.

Does anyone know of some good "canned" PM software packages? I'd rather have this than have a system created in-house.

Flags when PM is due on all machines, prints out what is needed. Tech logs when it is done and any problems found are stored in the program.

We have been using a package from Megamation Systems for over a year now. It can do all of the usual CMMS functions plus can be custumized fairly easily to individual company/business needs. We had a Module created for us that tracks all of the activities of our reflow lines. Its great for extracting line productivity data and is a good tool for finding ways to increase production time on your reflow lines.
