Titanium finger

My wavesoldering machine is equipped with Titanium finger. What composition of Titanium alloy used ? Any grade difference, and which is the best grade for long life ? An info or website concerning it.

Sorry, I am not familiar with what titanium alloy used in the wavesoldering machine. But I have an experience, try not use a flux that contains high percentage of inorganic aicd, especially fluoroboric acid. I have an experience with Brand "A" flux, which contains aboutfew percentage of fluoroboric acid, the flux gradually corrode the titanium finger!!!

My wave is over four years old and I have not used up the spare fingers that came with it. The titanium used in the fingers is likely grade 2 .
