Does anyone out there have any experience with the Universal 4760 HSP? We are having problems with our cutter clutch and it is stopping every 10-15 placements. Please help if possible. Thanks.

Jason,

Are you aware that this UIC machine is a Sanyo 60 series HSP. You can contact NSA(US agent of Sanyo) in Irving, TX for service info. I don't know if UIC is supporting the 60 series any longer. Their phone number is 972-831-9700.

Hope this helps.

|Yes, I am aware of this machine being a Sanyo. I was told, however, that due to confidential agreements, Sanyo will not release any information pertaining to the specs of the machine. I was hoping to obtain the specs of the cutting blade to make my own. Oh well. Thanks anyway.

|Jason, The stroke of the cutter blade cam rod is fairly tight, is machine making loud clunking noise when it stops? If so stoke may need to be adjusted. Send me an email if you would like to talk.
