Use a dry box | 25 September, 1998

We use dry boxes manufactured by DMS Clean Room Products in Lawrence, MA. The phone number on the tag is (508)683-2325, but I think their area code changed to either 978 or 781 recently. We flow dry nitrogen through the box in order to ensure that the atmosphere is inert and dry. Chris Fontaine Manufacturing Engineer, Circuit Card Assembly Sanders, a Lockheed Marting Company

If money is not a concern the Nitrogen tank is the best. If money is at a premium consider 1) Bake the components (per manufacturers recommendations) 2) Place in a antistatic bad with fresh desiccant. 3) And heat seal with a Seal a meal (that's what I use). They sell a commercial unit ( I am not sure the name of the manufacturer) but it runs 2-4 K. But it will suck out the air and inject Nitrogen if you want it to.

Good luck Mike
