Entry level equipment, but worth taking a close look at. Also manufacture the Mega II cleaning system that might be of interest to you.

They have a slick, inexpensive system. As for placement anf reflow, APE and Pace have proven to work very well and quite inexpensive.

We have had great success with it and then we use the Genbrook x-ray machine to view the voids. We have had great fortune with it as well. Check them both out on the web and you will see they are what they claim. The best systems on the market. Good luck!!! X

It allows you to program 4-zone thermal profiles and is much less expensive than SRT, Austin American, Conceptronic or OK Industries.
