I am looking for place to by tube feeders for a MPAG-3 since my buyers refuse to buy tape and reel.

Save your money. I tried to buy one for a G3 before, had one actually shipped in, and had to return it because it didn't fit the machine.

Some other options:

1) buy a tape and reel machine cost you about $10K, but then you have control over your parts. http://www.vtekusa.com

2) Buy the tape pockets from Vtek and some extra trays for your tray tower. Cut the tape pockets into strips and tape them down to the trays. Your operators will have to fill the trays manually, but they would be filling tubes anyways. If you make enough trays, you can do this offline.
