Looking for feedback from anyone that is currently screen printing adhesive and having good results. If results are good, what type adhesive and type machine is being used?

We currently screen print all of our adhesive applications and generally have favorable results. The adhesive we use is:

Heraeus , P/N 250 GM Prod/N PD955PR

We print this on three different screen printers, Dek 265 Horizon, Fuji GSP-II and MPM-3000UP We apply the adhesive just as we would paste and like I said generally turn around good results.

We currently use Epibond 7275 with MPM printers. Unfortunately we've had problems with Vantico (formerly Ciba) providing a consistent product. Last summer we had extreme difficulty printing due to excessively high adhesive viscosity (20% higher than our spec maximum allowable).

We use Thermoset MA-420 on a pair of Elite 6920 printers. Excellent results. It took some experimentation with aperture sizes and stencil thickness but it works great.
