Leon,

Have you tried a piece of glass, deposit some flux onto glass, place the BGA in the glass to flux it, replace BGA and reflow using existing solder deposition ??

Try this .Solderquik.com for the balls and you could get Micro stencil from .Minimicrostencil.com This way you can paste and reflow.

Leon -

Remember for a CBGA you will need to use high-temp solder balls. IBM can supply the recommended solder paste (eutectic) volume.
