What do you mean when you say: * "...an SMT company..."? What is your product? Are you a contractor? Are you a consultant? * "...like to be able to discuss issues with someone..."? What kind of issues? [We discuss issues every day HERE.] Are you looking to hire a consultant? * "...help me get the right structures and procedures in place..."? What "...structures and procedures..."? You mean like process and quality documentation and the like? Are you looking to hire a consultant?

I'm not looking to hire a consultant (plenty of those around) but rather discuss issues as they arise as well as talk about key areas to focus on, such as building up quality systems and procedures etc
