I believe at some point the Govt lowered the depreciation schedule for electronics assembly equipment to 3 years. I read that on this forum some time ago. Anyone have any specific info on this??

Thanks for the info. I can not find anything to indicate that it passed legislation either. This was the bill. http://www.theorator.com/bills108/hr1232.html

The other changes you mentioned did help us out in 2003 and 2004.

Have to find some other ways to compete with China!
