Lets not get drawn into making more of the amount of training required in order to be able to develop an effective reflow recipe than is necessary. A low-skilled operator with about one hour's training can setup the solder reflow oven.
Consider contacting the supplier of the thermal profiler [eg, KIC, ECD, Data Paq, etc] that your production staff uses when determining and monitoring the temperature of their oven. Oft times, suppliers of technical products, like profilers, send their sales-types on road trips to give product demonstrations to customers [and potential customers] that for a large part, amount to a training course.
Similarly, other suppliers could have technical sales-types on the road that would provide similar training. * Solder paste supplier [eg, Alpha, Kester, AIM, etc] * Reflow oven supplier [eg, Electrovert, Heller, BTU, etc]
