As a result of 3 years' R&D effort with some of the industry�s leading names, the CircuitMaster CFA1000 represents the current state of the art in Crimp Force Analysis. The patented 3 zone algorithm combined with application of the latest technology allows the CFA1000 to offer hitherto unprecedented levels of good/bad sorting while remaining easy and intuitive to use. The flexibility of the CFA1000 allows the system to be used in virtually any target wire preparation application. A self trigger mode allows the unit to be used where no access is possible for encoder fitment, while force sensing can be provided by either standard baseplate or inline ram sensor. The system is equally flexible when machine and peripheral interface are considered. Four freely programmable relay outputs allow configuration for machine, chopper and paper reel interface. This feature is further extended by the addition of two opto isolated inputs.
