UV Curing machine UVC-602 adopts 2 groups of quality imported metal halide tubes with long service life , pin chain , rail conveying system and SMEMA connector makes machine easy to connect with inline coating system.

Features

• 2 groups of quality metal halide tubes, each metal halide tube is controlled independently, lamp mask height and radiation angle can be adjusted.
• Extruded aluminum condensation reflector, new special mirror-coated reflection aluminum-plate with an effectiveness higher by 30% than traditional reflector. With CM reflection cold-mirror + CF vapor-plated quartz-glass and filtered IR, temperature is effectively reduced.
• Wall-type air supply system is adopted for incoming air; forced cooling exhausting system is adopted for outgoing air. Cooling fan is added to the transmission system to reduce conveying mesh temperature. Due to its special structure, air circulation system is added to reduce the temperature on both lighting tube and parts caused by radiation, thus preventing part deformation and reducing UV tube damage.
• UV lamp masks and base boards are made of SUS304# stainless steel (to prevent dust due to UV radiation); outer housing is made of SS41# steel plate which is treated by anti-rust process and coated with Teflon; 60# light sand-colored.
• Standard equipped with pin chain and rail conveyor with SMEMA connector, easy to match previous coating system, mesh conveyor is choosable.
