Princeton Technology
Electronic PCB design, fabrication, and assembly for both plated through hole and SMT
The Princeton Technology production floor is layed out with efficient work cells and contains; four SMT pick and place machines, a six zone computerized reflow oven, and several stencil printers. Through hole and mixed technology boards are handled in our multi-line through hole cell which is supported by a wave soldering machine with 18" capacity.
This extremely capable array of equipment, the four individual SMT placement machines, state-of-the-art oven reflow oven, and pure vertical lift stencil printers, enable us to build product quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
We work with the standard FR4 and G10 materials as well as unique substrate materials including Arlon, Rogers 4000 series, Teflon and Ceramic.
All boards assembled at Princeton are quality inspected under microscopes by a trained team of inspectors.
We provide functional and in-circuit electrical test as required.
We are a FDA registered facility working to FDA QS/GMP with ISO 9002 in process (estimated completion is Q2-2000) IPC & J Standards.
