Incorporated in 1968, Lim Manufacturing (Pte) Ltd provides one-stop total fulfilment services in SMT-based contract electronic manufacturing (CEM), warehousing and logistics, assembly & disassembly and packaging services. Contract Electronic Manufacturing We offer contract electronic manufacturing on consignment and / or turnkey basis in Singapore, Hungary and China backed by a compliment of experienced staff with years of exposure in the field of contract electronics manufacturing. In Singapore, we offer SMT-based PCBA services using modern modular SMT machines and high-speed shooters with up to 0402 components and BGA. We also offer Build To Order (BTO) of computers. The company is ISO 9002 compliant since March 1998. Our current product lines include PCMCIA cards, Hard Disk drives, CDROM drives and industrial meters. We also specialise in the building of RF and telecommunication products including pagers (complete upto box build level). At our ISO 9001 certified plant in Hungary, we offer a mixture of PTH and SMT-based facilities to our customers. In addition, we also design and develop equipment for Digital Microwave Radio Relay Equipment from 0.4 to 34 GHz with a capacity ranging from 34 Mbit/s, Symmetric Pair Transmission systems and PCM Multiplexers. Our ISO 9002-certified Shanghai plants in China offer a mixture of PTH and SMT-based facilities to our customers. In addition, our Shanghai plant also has its own R & D department and offers OEM contract manufacturing. Warehousing and Logistics We provide cost-effective and efficient warehousing and logistics services at our warehouses in Singapore, Cambodia, Dubai and Hungary. Our warehousing and logistics divisions in Singapore are ISO 9002 compliant. The company is ISO 9002 compliant.
