Simultaneous two-sided Chrome or Copper coating of thin polyimide sheets with <20 micron vias can be easily acheived. SciVac also offers plasma and ion etch technologies for via hole cleaning, pre and post coating or laminating processing for film adhesion improvement and enhancement.
