JMVT Labs. is small High-Tech company specialised in very low volume SMD production. Our objective is to provide design engineers with flexible solutions in assembling prototypes with all types of SMD technologies - specifically QFPS and very fine pitch components. We combine very efficient techniques to allow soldering of SMD components without a need for laser cut stencils,taped or reeled components or state of the art placement machines...with no compromise on solder quality. Our customers say that it is hard to make a distinction between our prototyping techniques and standard machine production. As a result we are able to offer "debug ready boards" with extremely short delivery times, offering you the opportunity to quickly test your designs before switching to large scale manufacturers.
