VectorGuard® SMT Stencil Technology.

VectorGuard® is a patented frameless stencil tensioning system offering significant advantages over conventional stencil technologies. Taking all the advantages of frame-mounted stencil systems, VectorGuard® improves upon them and delivers a solution capable of meeting diverse manufacturing requirements.

Quick Tension SMT Stencil Frames.

The Quick Tension Frame (a.k.a the Wizard Frame) System consists of two frames and a stencil. The first frame is a plastic Container Frame (Patent Pending) which protects the technician from injuries during Quick Tension Frame 1 handling from the stencil's razor sharp edges. The stencil is always contained in a molded plastic Container Frame that reduces the chance for damaging the stencil during shipping and handling. The Wizard Frame System not only offers cost savings over traditional meshed frames but it also saves stencil storage space. The second frame, (The Wizard) is a lightweight aluminum stretch frame, which accepts the Plastic Frame with the stencil and tensions the stencil in four directions using standard air at 80psi.

Space Saver SMT Stencil Frames.

New Space Saver Frames reduce storage requirements while maintaining traditional stencil mounting techniques. This system consists of two parts. The first part is the "Adapter" which is 29" x 29" O.D. x 1" high. The "Adapter" is required for each printer. The second part is the "Space Saver Frame". The "Space Saver Frame" is 29" x 29" O.D. x 0.5" high.
