Unit Design produces soldering equipment, lead tinning systems and batch defluxing systems for the printed circuit board industry. In 1985 we introduced the MDS series drag soldering machine which has gained a reputation for reliability, ease of use, flexibility and high production capability. We continued to innovate with the introduction of MIL-spec lead tinning equipment, defluxing systems and stencil cleaners. Our batch defluxing systems are some of the industry's most flexible, with aqueous and semi-aqueous models, along with both closed loop and open loop systems. We strive to build the best equipment possible and stand behind it with a continuing commitment to great customer service.
