Tropical Assemblies, Inc established in 1993 as a Fort Lauderdale, FL based Contract Manufacturer of complex Electronic Printed Circuit Board Assemblies. Tropical Assemblies, Inc has positioned itself as a leading technical partner to major OEM's in the electronic contract manufacturing industry, and continues to experience excellent growth.

Tropical Assemblies, Inc designed our services to meet the needs of today’s electronic design engineers. Tropical Assemblies, Inc can provide a full spectrum of design and manufacturing services, from prototypes to volume box builds with full testing capabilities. We specialize in Rigid, Rigid Flex and Flex assembly of both Surface Mount and Thru-Hole PCB technology using state of the art precision placement machines for placing Ultra Fine Pitch devices, Ball Grid Arrays (BGA), Package on Package (PoP) and automated insertion of thru-hole components. Tropical Assemblies, Inc is the only South Florida electronic contract manufacturer with in-house X-ray and BGA Rework capabilities. Tropical Assemblies, Inc Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100:2009 Revision C. In addition, Tropical Assemblies is ITAR registered, and manufactures under CSA and UL requirements, with UL surveillance for intrinsically safe equipment and systems for use in hazardous locations.

Tropical Assemblies, Inc is the largest supplier of RF/Microwave assemblies in South Florida, and is approved for supplying High-Reliability Class 3 circuit board assemblies to numerous OEM's in the Avionics, Defense, RF/Wireless, and Medical Industries.
