M6 and M8 lead-free reflow oven is designed for middle smt production. It goes very well with Juki, Yamaha and Samsung pick and place machine.

4. Both upper and bottom zones are hot air convection. M6 is with 6 upper zones and 6 bottom zones. M8 is with 8 upper zones and 8 bottom zones. Upper zone and hood can be opened by the electrical screw automatically. It is very convenient for cleaning and maintenance.

5. Specially designed Ni-Cr heater filaments, provide a very quick ramp up time. It takes just 15 minutes from ambient to ting temperature.

6. The inner tunnel of the oven is made of stainless steel which easy for cleans.

7.Stainless steel mesh belt and chain conveyor work together. With standard SMEMA connection, it can be connect to middle speed P&P like Yamaha, Panasonic, Mirae etc.

8. In-built industrial chiller provides better cooling performance. Meanwhile, it doesn't need more space.
