PROMEX is a unique technology driven EMS and packaging foundry. We have specialized knowledge in building physically small electronics devices utilizing microelectronics assembly technologies, as well as applying proven commercial packaging techniques to drive out cost in optoelectronics assemblies. Often, our customers conceive of and develop the products we build, working with PROMEX cost reduction and NPI.
Many of our customers are in the medical device, commercial electronics, optoelectronics, RF & wireless and emerging Silicon Valley technology markets. We also service the specialty chip packaging sector offering small volume quick turns through medium volume on shore production.
