I. NPI (New Product Introduction)

Promex is capable of starting with your schematic and shipping you an electrically tested electronic assembly for your final approval to your specifications. Specific services Promex performs for NPI are:

• Select part and component packages
• Layout the substrate
  • Circuit Boards
  • Flex Circuits
  • Thick Film Circuits
• Develop any specialized assembly processes or electrical tests
• Procure the parts
• Kit the parts
• Build prototypes on a Quick Turn basis for product validation
• Burn in the product
• Test the product
• Ship the product
• Manufacture the approved product in volume

II. Offshore Assembly Migration

If you have an existing component or assembly requiring offshore, low cost manufacturing, Promex will process engineer and develop any electrical tests at our U.S. hub before transferring the manufacturing to our ISO certified joint venture in Shanghai, China.
