CyberScan Vantage Measurement System Description:

CyberScan Vantage is a laser-based non-contact inspection system for scanning a target object. It combines proven laser sensor technology with computer driven X/Y translation stages. The system collects a series of Z height measurements with sub-micron resolution to create a 2D profile, or performs a raster scan of the entire measurement site to produce a 3D topographical map. Cyber Technologies� CyberScan Vantage Systems have a measurement area of 200 mm x 200 mm (7.87" x 7.87") and can accept a number sensor types and models, with resolutions to 0.01�m (0.0000004�) and ranges up to 8 mm (0.315�).
