CyberScan CT 300 Description:

CyberScan CT 300 is a laser-based non-contact inspection system for scanning a target object. It combines proven laser sensor technology woth computer driven X/Y translation stages. The system collects a series of Z height measurements with sub-micron resolution to create a 2D profile, or performs a raster scan of the entire measurement site to produce a 3D topographical map. Cyber Technologies� CyberScan CT 300 has a measurement area of 300 x 300 mm (11.8" x 11.8") and can accept a number sensor types and models, with resolutions to 0.01�m (0.0000004�) and ranges up to 8 mm (0.315�).
