Product introduction Double deck cross worktable moving structure, many kinds of probe modes is combined such as touch-probe system and optical image system. CCD imaging technology and advanced image-processing technology are combined too. This machine suits for the firs article checking and process-control in the workshop. Machine characteristics Optical illumination system: adjustable LED illumination, make the illumination on the workpiece well-proportioned, improve the measuring precision. Measuring precision: color CCD camera, optical lens, coaxality of LED profile light, both calibrated accurately. Worktable: granite base, double-deck cross special-metal moving worktable, with slab glass and surface anodized. Z axis totally independent, all the axis both run by linear guideway. Guideway manner: linear guideway made of imported special steel of high resistance to ware, insure the linearity and perpendicularity. Drive system: transmission setting of 4V, smooth precision leadscrew (patent technology) Z axis: balance installation, improve the orientation. Length measuring system: optical ruler collocation near the workpiece to be measured, according to the Abbe principle, reduce the system error.
