SUN-TEC LED-HEADLINER INTERLAYER Description:

Automotive headliners (www.sun-tec.ch)containing LEDs may be produced by integrating LED Chains behing perforated composite headliners. This very time consuming handwork may be substituted integrating SUN-TEC LED embedded Films into the headliners composite specification. SUN-TEC SMD LED Inserts of sizes up to 3.5 m x 1.25 mm, film thickness 125 Microns, LED Thickness between 0,3 and 1,2 mm, allow all type of roof geometries for cars and busses. The picture shows you some possible specification for final LED Head Liner Composites. For starlike designs, SMD Top LEDs are used. However, for homogenic lighting SMD Side LEDs will be preferred.
