Chase was founded in Atlanta, GA in 1979 by Roy Abernethy as a contingency recruiting firm. It started providing contract and temporary employees in 1983 and has since grown to 35 branches.

It started providing contract and temporary employees in 1983 and has since grown to 35 branches. During this time Chase has received many awards for excellence: Chase has been identified as one of the top 100 staffing firms in the U.S. Chase has for several years been one of Atlanta’s largest privately-owned companies. Chase has won a Pacesetter Award many times as one of Atlanta’s fastest-growing companies.

In 2009 Chase celebrated its 30th Anniversary!!! Roy Abernethy has a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as several years human resources experience with a large company.
