A next generation reflow oven that realizes ultra-low power consumption, the lowest N2 consumption and a high efficiency flux collecting system complying CO2 emission regulations.
N2 Generator Fixing Type
- Easy Maintenance- Application of high durability solenoid valves allows easy maintenance.
- Supply high purity N2 Gas by simply turning on the power supply
- Allows a stable supply of N2 gas with high purity and low dew point
N2 Generator Moving Type
- Compact N2 Built in N2 generator developed by TSM with our own technology, it alows the N2 reflow to be used easily at any location
- Available 3 models, 10Nm³, 12Nm³, 15Nm³
- Part per Million (ppm) according to air pressure when applying a built in PSA
