At USS Vision, we design and manufacture camera and light mounts for machine vision systems. We also manufacture and design custom fixtures, and shrouded vision stations to fit any application.

We also design and build controls panels and workstations for your vision-error proofing systems. These systems can provide an interface with your assembly line.  The workstations combine a screen for viewing inspections, and a PC for storing inspection data and images for later retrieval.  We will work along side members of your team from concept to completion to ensure the application is designed to customer specifications, and to help familiarize your facility to the equipment, as well as members of the USS Vision engineering team.
