Trans-Tec maintains an extensive inventory of spare parts for Yamaha equipment at the Chandler, Arizona facility and at Kennesaw, Georgia. When a machine down condition occurs, it is nice to know that necessary spares are available. Trans-Tec also has a very close and long-term relationship with Yamaha Motor Company and, because of this relationship, Trans-Tec is afforded priority attention. Because Yamaha equipment is designed and manufactured to the highest quality standard, parts requirements are rare, but when they happen Trans-Tec knows that a timely response is necessary to get the manufacturers assembly line back to producing high quality products with zero defects.

Along with spare parts, sometimes expert factory trained engineers are also required to solve difficult issues. Trans-Tec has 7 Service Engineers, with extensive technical training and many years of experience. Our engineers are available to solve any and all maintenance issues including the normal periodic maintenance required to keep your Yamaha mounters and other SMT support equipment in top condition. Because of the quality of these highly skilled Service Engineers and the Yamaha equipment itself, Trans-Tec customers can count on rapid response, trouble shooting expertise and the replacement parts necessary to reverse a machine down situation in minimum time.
