XT-1300 AXI System for Automotive Modules and Complete Assemblies Description:

The system features high clearance for assemblies with up to 300mm height. Main application is the foil and PTH inspection.

X-ray system features

• Inspection program control system with automatic defect detection and defect verification capability
• High resolution 130 kV X-ray tube (sealed) with object resolution up to 5µm
• High resolution digital detector technology
• Programmable X-Y table and programmable z-axis for flexible magnification
• Flexible sample carrier up to (640mm x 320mm) that can be easily adapted to specific applications.
• MIPS inspection platform for off-line programming, analyzing and verification. Including a modular test algorithm library for solder joint inspection.
