This machine is used for printing the tin/solder paste on PCB before smt mounter pick and place led chips on the board .

We are the factory manufacturing this machine since 2003 and now the only one factory who make all the smt machines (printing machine ,pick and place and reflow oven) by itself in China .

 Features;

1. Use the import precision THK guide rail and famous brand Tai Da frequency motor to drive the scraper, the printing precision is high.

2. The printing scraper can rotate 45 degrees to fixed upwards, in order to facilitate printing halftone and scraper cleaning and replacement.

3. The blade can adjust the upwards and backwards, to choose the appropriate printing position.

4. The combined printing plate has a fixed groove and Pin, easy installation and adjustment, suitable for smt printing . 

5.Screw adjust buttons at X,Y,Z easy for the correct the solder positions to meet the stencil holes at high precise rate.

7. Can be set the programming to print one-way or two-ways, or more than two times printing.

8. Has automatic counting function, convenient production statistics.

9.The scraper Angle is adjustable when you needed . 

10. Use AE unique program design, printing scraper base convenient adjustment.

11.Printing machine speed display on Touch Screen, can be adjusted .English program and language.
