“INTELLIGENT"PRINT HEAD

Independent and compact structure: the print head integrated with front/rear screw rods and squeegee spindle, equipped with programmable pressure closed loop feedback control procedure, which ensure the accuracy of the squeegees, and need not take account of squeegee and stencil vibration.

"COMBINATION CONTROL"PRINT HEAD

Front and rear squeegee pressure is controlled independently, which ensure equal pressure on squeegee and stencil, help to print the solder paste on bonding pad evenly, programmable motor control the screw rod to separate the squeegee with stencil to ensure perfect printing effect.

STEADY AND SOLID LIFTING BASE

Double-base seat, precision ball screws are fixed in four guide rail center posittion; Solid and enlarged cast aluminum lifting platform ensure an outstanding movement stability of work platform.

HIGH ADAPTIVE AND INTELLIGENT CLAMPING SYSTEM
Side Clamping system can handle many types of PCB, while elastic Z-axis tablet can adjust the PCB position to a proper height, ensure “zero clearance” between stencil and PCB, realize effective solder paste printing and reduce stencil cleaning cycle, at the same time protect stencil and PBC from damage.

EFFICIENT AND CONVENIENT MANIPULATION

Sturdy, programmable clamping arms ensure stencil changeover quickly and easily.

ACCURATE IMAGE POSITIONING

Precision and high rigidity CCD ,with advanced upside/downside coaxial light and compensation ring lamp to improve the MARK recognition ability ,so as to realize the accurate overlap of the stencil holes with PCB bonding Pad.

EXQUISITE STENCIL CLEAN
Design to prevent from defect cleaning: with smooth, wear resistance and corrosion resistance import wipe strip, and programmable liquid dispenser, the cleaning system can be controlled by software for its convert between dry cleaning or vacuum cleaning cycle to clean the underside of the stencil.

BREAKTHROUGH AND OPTIMISATION

1.Subversion of traditional design concept, structure optimization, reducing the design complexity make integral operation be more stable and fast; the programmable stencil demold method help solder paste to form well.

2.Stencil frame lifting replaces platform lifting, ensures the machine more stable running with high accuracy.

3.Programmable electric small platform can adjust PCB to a proper printing height.

4.APPLICABLE 2D INSPECTION AND SPC SYSTEM
Fully extend the 2D Inspection function, the inspection marks and area may be setup randomly, also different inspection criterion of PCB may be setup, in combination with the SPC data collection and analysis tool, help the user to make an decision timely on product quality control.
