Innoventions is the manufacturer of the RAMCHECK LX memory tester. Used by thousands of data centers, electronics manufacturers, PC assembly sites, schools and recyclers, RAMCHECK LX quickly and reliably tests popular DRAM found in servers, including DDR4, DDR3 and DDR2, desktops and laptops. Our first tester, the original RAMCHECK, was manufactured in 1987. It was followed by the SIMCHECK and SIMCHECK II memory testers.
