Surface Analyst Description:

The Surface Analyst is a fast, easy, accurate, and nondestructive instrument that objectively measures surface cleanliness to ensure successful and reliable bonds. The instrument takes quantitative measurements on samples in the lab, or in the hands of an operator directly on the manufacturing floor. The Surface Analyst reduces failure and waste by establishing and monitoring the effectiveness of manufacturer’s surface preparation and cleaning processes. The Surface Analyst is a direct replacement for conventional techniques such as dyne or water break tests.

With the help of the Surface Analyst, manufactures now have a way to have total control of their surface preparation processes, from checking incoming material from suppliers, determining the effect of aging on already treated material, develop appropriate surface treatment processes, and verifying those in-place processes.
