Blue Tension - Tension Gauge Description:

 It is first step for SMART FACTORY.

 Blue Tension can be connected to FMS S/W. It prevents human error by automatic measurement system.

• Tension measurement

 It accumulates and records each model of stencil and frame. Possible to be saved and managed as a file.

• History management

 It provides all histories (storage & release, date, time, assembly line, number of times, accumulated times and etc.)

• Measuring options

 There is manual and automatic measurement method,

 It is possible to set '1 ~ 10 seconds' for automatic measurement.

• FMS S/W

 Can register and manage your  Stencil, Cabinet, Blue Tension by FMS S/W (Foil Managing System Software).

• QR code scanning system

 FMS S/W is compatible with QR code system to manage stencils for  more efficiency.

• Language support

 FMS S/W support various languages.
