Products Description:

A placement system with the ludicrous placement rate of 95000 cph,
and flexibility to place components ranging from 0201 (0603mm) chip to 100x26mm connector.

Two independent work cells (stages) allow simultaneous assembly of two boards.
All X and Y axes are operated by linear motors.
Each Y axis has two motors for enhanced stability and repeatibility.
Four placement heads have up to 12 nozzles each.
On-the-fly recognition of all components.
A line sensor on each head checks for component presence, orientation, and correct thickness.
Unique board conveyor system moves both rails for optimum board postioning during production.
No more "fixed rails" !!!
An option exists for the placement of 01005 (0402mm) chip components.

High-speed modular placement machine GXH-3, adhering to the characteristics of the previous

generation GXH-1S, continued use of direct drive placement head suction one by one, XY drive

shaft linear motor, 12 components one-time identification and other functions, and the

development of stickers High-speed, direct-drive placement heads with a combination of head

action and structure reorganization to deliver top-level production of 95,000 points per hour

in the industry. The four heads are equipped with a free-mount high-speed mounting head

(12 nozzles) and a multi-purpose mounting head (3 nozzles) that can be used to mount a wide

range of components. Each unit can be individually selected Loading head and feeders,

"GXH-3" is suitable for a variety of production equipment. (Up to 200 types of components)

Each component mounting head is equipped with a component recognition camera and

a board recognition camera. Each unit is equipped with a function that adjusts

the Y-position of the substrate to suit the substrate size and the number of

mounting points, and achieves high-precision and high-speed Placement.
