Product Details:

SLS is specially designed for printer stencil storage management. It provides fast, convenient solution for stencil management by latest Pick-to-Light technology. It can improve operation efficiency and reducing human error.

When SLS receives MES/order instruction, obtaining stencil part number then lighting system will indicate the position of required one. User can get the stencil quickly with the help of LED indication. User then have it work with printer in production line after inspection process.

Used stencil usually will be cleaned before they are loaded to SLS. By reading the barcode on the stencil system recognition the part number and its location information will be found and indicated. SLS can communicate with MES which controls production and know exactly when and where certain stencils required.

The modular design of the system enables users quick assembly. All system is using one platform and make the solution scalable as well.
