Smart Scan system recognize the manufacturer label quickly and compare with the part number in master database automatically, after operator placing the reel on the reading area. Then the new part number will be generated by user defined template, and exports new label with UID to be relabeled.

Traceability is a growing demand in electronics manufacturing. It provides a full and expandable solution as it is able to monitor and record not only the component source, but the full process the component including batch number/manufacturing date/supplier name. Not only the 1D/2D barcode information is stored in the database, all related material pictures will be saved to user defined destination as well.
