Vitronics soltec 6551 wave soldering machine is designed to flux, preheat and solder PCB’s mounted in carriers in one continuous process.
The bench top model 6551 consists of a conveyor system and three processing stations:
* the conveyor system consists of a two rails, double chain conveyor guide. Maximum speed 3 mtr/min, max. Width 300 mm.
** Fluxing unit: PVC Fluxer is adjustable in height.
*** Preheating zone: with 6 Infrared heating elements of 500W each and 550 mm long.
**** soldering unit: Soldering is based on ( Soltec patented) “ Smart Wave”, that enables soldering of conventional and SMD components in a singel wave. Solder capacity is 150 kg (220 lbs). At the sides of the solder pot are 3 x 1000 W heating element mounted.
