Asymtek 618C inline dispenser in good running order. Currently inline under power and air and can be demonstrated. The sale would also include two adjustable pumps not including the DV-01. (differant pumps are available) The DV-01 pump option is fitted on the machine at this time and it uses standard syringes and needles. This 618 has the AV2500 fiducial recognition vision system option, conveyor option with snuggers, needle sensor option and the HS-XX height sensor option.

The Automove controller is rev. 3.58 and the Fluidmove software is rev. 3.2H. Options included, AV-500 Camera, AV-2500 Vision System with Fiducial Alignment, In-line Conveyor with pneumatic board clamps, NS-600 Needle / Tip Sensor HS-RTA Retractable Height Sensor and a nice collection of manuals.

Dispense area is 16” x 18” (406mm x 457mm”), SMEMA interface

The conveyor can be programmed for right to left or left to right workflow and an adjustable conveyor speed.

Voltage: 100-240V, 10A, 50/60 Hertz single phase.
